Frequently Asked Question

J1 Web - Clean Cache After Certificate Update
Last Updated 4 months ago

When the Jenzabar Cloud Services team updates the jenzabarcloud.com SSL wildcard certificate (typically just before it expires), institutions using this certificate in their JAAS environment may experience a very brief downtime, usually under a minute, while services restart. In some cases, it could last slightly longer.

If your institution uses the RD Web Client, users may need to clear their browser cache and cookies to ensure the new certificate is properly recognized.

The error may look like the following screenshot.
