FMU Atrium Picture Self-Upload Guide

Hello Faculty/Staff/Students! This will be a simple guide for uploading ID pictures into our system so that you can be on file for your E-ID’s, and for safety. This will eliminate the need to come to get your picture taken, and you can upload one of your own choosing at your convenience.

VERY IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:

We, at Florida Memorial University, take your safety into account as the number one priority. Therefore, as all know, we have strong standards for images; these will be vetted by campus safety, this means they’ll accept or reject based on standards, so it is important to follow the required standards set forth by our great institution.

Images must be:

- Clear and of high definition

- Appropriate magnification (not too far away, not overly close, everything in frame)

- No sunglasses, or eyewear of any kind

- No hats/head/bandanas, and/or coverings of any kind

- No hair obstructing the face of any style or length, face must be clearly visible in its entirety

- Professional aesthetic of portraits

- Only face to shoulders should be in the image

- No hand gestures of any kind in frame

HOW-TO:

1. Go to https://connectfmu.atriumcampus.com/
2. Find the highlighted bar, “STUDENT AND STAFF LOGIN”, and click
3. Select ‘UPLOAD YOUR PHOTO”

 4. Select “Choose File” 

 5. Select your preferred image

 6. Once uploaded, Select “Upload Government Issued ID”

 7. Done!
